Collaborated across various company-wide applications, including the B2C applications such as mobile app, energy app, website & B2B and internal tools such as the Delivery app and the Customer Service apps.
Designed and implemented a custom queuing system across all Coolblue stores in 3 countries, streamlining employee & customer interaction and yielding a +1% YoY in Service NPS.
Lead designer and user researcher for self-service platforms such as store check-in, product pick up and queue management for store kiosks and waiting screens.
Designed and maintained a component library and design kit for in-store kiosks and waiting screens, establishing new design guidelines for a touchscreen tool.
Developed a digital card deck toolkit to empower designers to advocate for UX, boost confidence to act like a UX expert and educate their teams.

Worked in an international team of developers, customer journey specialists, product owners, business analysts and interaction designers.
